Hi, I'm Kelly

By nature, I have always found joy in helping others overcome their challenges and a deep passion for understanding the human mind.

With a background in social care, I have witnessed firsthand the daily struggles people face when attempting to make positive changes in their lives. My desire to understand the barriers to change led me to train as an RTT®️ therapist, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to empower individuals to achieve lasting transformation.

I truly believe that everyone has the potential to heal and thrive if they choose to. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I provide a safe space where you can gain clarity on the underlying drivers of unwanted behaviors and replace any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Together, we will work on forming new, healthier beliefs and habits, allowing you to live the happier, more fulfilled life that you desire and deserve.

Sessions

A typical Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT® ) session is structured to help individuals access and reprogram their subconscious mind to address unwanted behaviours that are negatively affecting your life. Here’s what you can expect during a session:

Discussion of concerns:

We will begin by discussing the specific issues you want to address. This could be anything from anxiety, self-esteem, phobias, or any habits or behaviours you would like to change. 

Goal setting:

I will facilitate and support you to establish clear goals and outcomes you want to achieve. 

Relaxation and focus:

I will guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis using visualisation techniques and deep breathing. Hypnosis is not like being “asleep,” but rather a deeply relaxed and focused state of heightened awareness, where the subconscious mind is more accessible.

Accessing the subconscious mind:

Once in this state, your conscious mind becomes less active, allowing me to guide and support you to explore and understand subconscious beliefs and patterns that may be influencing your behaviours or emotions.

Exploring the root cause:

As part of the session I may guide you through a process of regression, where you recall past memories or events related to the issue at hand. This is not about re-living trauma, but understanding how certain beliefs were formed during key moments in your life (often in childhood or adolescence).

Identifying limiting beliefs:

Through this exploration, you will gain insight into the limiting beliefs or emotional blocks that have been shaping your behaviour or feelings in the present. For example, a fear of public speaking may be traced back to a childhood memory of being embarrassed in front of classmates.

Reframing beliefs:

Once the root cause of an issue is identified, I will work with you to reframe or replace the limiting beliefs with more empowering, positive ones. For example, instead of believing “I’m not good enough,” you might adopt the belief “I am capable and confident.”

Positive reinforcement:

I will use positive suggestions to reinforce new thought patterns, helping your mind accept these healthier, more constructive beliefs. This part often involves repeating empowering phrases or creating mental images of success and confidence.

Personalised audio recording:

After the session, I will create a personalised hypnotic recording based on your specific issues. The recording typically includes positive affirmations and suggestions that align with the changes you want to make, which will have been identified throughout the consultation and the session.

Daily listening:

As part of your role to committing to make positive change, I will recommend that You listen to your recording daily for about 21–30 days. This is to solidify your new beliefs and reinforce the changes made during the session.

Returning to normal consciousness:

I will gently bring you out of hypnosis, ensuring you feel calm and relaxed.

Debrief and reflection:

After the session, you’ll have time to reflect on your experience and discuss any insights or realisations. 

Post-session care:

While many people experience significant shifts after just one session, I offer follow-up support sessions to ensure lasting change. These session will include support to monitor progress and offer further tools and guidance.

Ongoing transformation:

The continued use of the personalised recording helps reinforce the new mental patterns, allowing the transformation to deepen over time.

An RTT® session typically lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours, as the therapist aims to achieve meaningful results within a single session.

The session is designed to be a safe, supportive environment where you can access your subconscious mind, uncover past influences, and replace negative beliefs with positive, empowering ones. Frequently Asked Questions

RTT®  it is not a magic fix, you must want to change, and must be committed to participating in your own journey and recovery. 

A high percentage of the healing is finding the root cause during the session, to continue the healing process post session you are required to listen to your personalised recording for at least 21 days, as well as engaging in the follow up support sessions. Every person is different and there are 3 types of changes that you can expect from an RTT®  session:

  1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours in the session or immediately after the session.
  2. Gradual: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
  3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you look back and notice all the things that are different in your life.

Hypnosis is completely safe when performed by a qualified practitioner. It is a natural, and relaxing process where you will remain in control throughout the duration of your session. Hypnosis is not safe if you are diagnosed with epilepsy, schizophrenia or psychosis. If you have any worries about undertaking a RTT session then you must consult your GP and get their permission before having this therapy. 

During the RTT® session we use powerful and positive language (where possible your own words) that fires your imagination and takes root. These new rooted and positive ideas create new connections in your subconscious and rewires your old beliefs. Science has proven that with neuroplasticity (the ability for the brain to form and reorganise connections and to make new connections) that we can change the neural pathways and rewire our brains. The mind likes repetition so listening everyday helps to embed your new beliefs. You can learn more about how your mind works during the follow up calls.

Online sessions work in the same way as in person! There is no difference in the results from doing RTT® online or in person. One of the benefits of being on Zoom is that you can do the session in your own home which can make it easier for you to relax.

This is great if you think you already know the cause of your issue, but if you are still making little changes, RTT will help you gain further insight and address anything that continues to hold you back. ‘It is not the event that affects us it’s our interpretation of the event’-Marisa Peer. Many beliefs we have about ourselves are held in our subconscious (meaning we are not always aware they are there). Using hypnosis we access the subconscious and are able to gain insight into these limiting beliefs. Bringing our beliefs to our conscious mind (things we are aware of), makes it easier to work on them because we now have awareness.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state, it is the same that you pass through as you fall asleep and wake up. We naturally go into a hypnotised (trance like) state every day.

  • Sitting in a classroom and lose track of what the teacher is saying
  • In a meeting drifting away in your thoughts
  • Driving on the motorway and been so absorbed in your thoughts that you miss your turning
  • Watching a movie, totally consumed by the story and then you get a fright when someone talks next to you

You are still aware of what’s happening around you but at the same time somewhat detached in your thinking. 

If you are someone that finds relaxing a challenge we will consider this within your package.

Don’t worry if you fall asleep. Your subconscious mind will receive the message as you will drift off to sleep. You may wake up either at the end of the recording if it asks you to, or when you are ready to naturally wake up.

As part of the package you will receive a primer recording which will allow you to get used to hearing my voice and prime you for relaxation during the session. Being positive about your session and telling yourself the therapy is going to work is a good place to start. Our minds are like genies what we say to our minds it grants our wish so tell yourself you are excited to start making changes for the rest of your life.
